GRUPO DICANCO – A Super Company in 2008!!!

In mid 2007, the Expansión magazine and the consultancy firm Top Companies launched for the second consecutive year their summons to participate in SUPER COMPANIES, THE PLACES WHERE EVERYONE WANTS TO WORK.

This ranking measures the labor culture and climate of the companies which are completely convinced that their success depends upon the people who make up their company. 407 companies from all over the country answered this summons, among which was GRUPO DICANCO.

The methodology followed by SÚPER EMPRESAS uses mainly two tools: an anonymous questionnaire which is answered by the employees and an analysis of the company’s methods and policies in Human Resources and Internal Communications.

On May 8th, after evaluations and audits, the results were made public and GRUPO DICANCO obtained the 81st place out of 407 participating companies. This makes GRUPO DICANCO one of the best 100 companies in which to work during 2008. All of this was the result of the effort and participation by each and every one of the employees working for the company.

With this recognition and company vision, Grupo Dicanco will have to commit itself to maintaining a level of continuous improvement, so that each one of you as our customers continues to be a key element for the existence of our business, thus granting and receiving better service and quality in our products and services.
